Role

The Social Media Manager is a proven results-driver who builds comprehensive social strategies that generate real revenue. You’ve taken brands from zero to hero, managed significant advertising budgets, and most importantly – proven you can turn social media engagement into bottom-line business growth.

You’ll own the complete social media strategy for multiple high-value client accounts, each with distinct goals, audiences, and revenue targets. A critical part of your expertise is content atomization – taking substantial pieces of content like ebooks, podcast episodes, webinars, and blog posts and transforming them into dozens of platform-specific social posts that maximize reach and engagement

To win in this role, you need proven strategic thinking, advanced content transformation skills, and the ability to see how one piece of content can become dozens of high-performing social posts across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven social media strategy experience with demonstrated expertise in content transformation and atomizationAdvanced ability to extract key insights, quotes, statistics, and concepts from long-form content and adapt for social platformsExpert knowledge of platform-specific optimization including ideal post formats, character limits, hashtag strategies, and visual requirementsStrong analytical skills with ability to track content performance and optimize transformation strategies based on dataDemonstrated ability to maintain brand voice consistency while adapting content for different platforms and audience behaviorsAdvanced understanding of content workflows, including coordination with podcasters, authors, and content creatorsCreative problem-solving skills with ability to see multiple angles and approaches within single pieces of source contentStrong project management abilities with experience managing high-volume content transformation across multiple accounts
