Virtual Podcast Host for Legal Content (Scripted Interviews)

What We’re Doing

We’re launching podcasts exclusively for law firms—but these aren’t typical podcasts. They’re highly structured, scripted interview sessions designed to build authority for our attorney clients. All questions are thought through ahead of time. Your job is to bring them to life on camera.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

• Exceptional on camera (virtual) – polished, professional, engaging presence
• Great at sticking to a script – while still sounding natural and personable
• Understanding of the mission – helping attorneys look credible and confident
• Reliable at getting what we need – the right clips, the right questions, the right energy
• Personable and professional – you’ll be working with high-trust professionals who need to feel comfortable

How It Works

• We schedule batches of podcasts – typically 1-2 at a time
• 2-3 recording days spread over 1-2 months (schedule pending on client needs)
• 6 episodes per season per client (2 seasons per year per client)
• 30-75 minutes per recording session
• All virtual via Riverside – no travel, no in-person work required
• Very scripted – we provide all questions and structure

Good Candidates Are Those Who:

• Have proven on-camera experience (corporate videos, interviews, hosting, brand content)
• Can follow a script precisely while maintaining warmth and authenticity
• Have a professional virtual setup (quality camera/webcam, clear audio, good lighting, clean background)
• Are responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Can maintain energy and engagement for 30-75 minute sessions
• Have experience working with professionals or executives
• Bilingual English/Spanish (bonus, not required)
